The quick forefoot and heel quick securing systems that can be flexibly positioned on the tread surface are highly practicable. These securing systems can be individually arranged in accordance with the training objective. 

It is possible, for example, to do exercises in step or parallel position, or standing on one leg. The antislip tread surface prevents patients from losing their footing. Securing systems and tread surfaces are wear-resistant, washable and can be disinfected.
